Meyer & Njus, P.A. is excited to announce the addition of Marshall Tanick, who will join the Firm as a named shareholder, and Teresa Ayling. Effective January 1, 2018, the Firm’s name is Meyer Njus Tanick, PA.

Marshall has been practicing law for more than 40 years and focuses his practice on employment law, constitution, defamation, privacy, education law and related matters. Marshall has long been cited as a Super Lawyer by his peers since the initiation of the “Super Lawyer” program 25 years ago and has been recognized as one of the “Top 100” lawyers in Minnesota.  Marshall says, “I really look forward to the opportunity to work with this fine law firm and be able to provide legal services efficiently and economically to the many clients I have served over the years and new ones as well.”

Teresa focuses her practice in the areas of employment law, health care licensing, pet law, and related matters.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Marshall and Teresa to the Firm,” shareholder Neil Meyer said. “Marshall and Teresa will solidify a number of areas in which we already have a strong footprint as well add expertise in practice areas that will serve our existing and future clients well.”

Marshall is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the Firm, Marshall practiced with the law firms of Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A.

Teresa is a cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif, a prestigious designation for law graduates. She practiced at the Hellmuth & Johnson law firm prior to joining the Firm.
